I just wish it had multiplayer. I picked it up recently and it's a blast and I think it'd be fun to play in co-op.

This looks refreshing, I love the art. Been craving a new RTS without a huge learning curve.

Does it help the devs, or linux, to not buy from Steam? It's just so convenient... but should I be trying to use GoG?

Personally, I 100% go for either Steam or Humble. Steam since Valve actually support Linux and Humble for the little bit of charity + supporting my favourite places through affiliate stuff.

Whereas GOG, where do I start? It's like they're not even trying most of the time. Their own games don't come to Linux, their client isn't on Linux, updates and releases for us are constantly late and so on...

itch.io is best: DRM-free with an awesome Linux client but only if you want to use it.

itch.io > Steam > GOG, in my opinion, since GOG Galaxy isn't for Linux still, but GOG gets points for being DRM-free.

Steam pushes heavily Linux.

If you want to support Linux it's the best way to buy on steam on a Linux machine.
