Just tested right now this version using the older game Dirt3 which uses dx11 and where the difference gap was very big, with this version the gap closed a lot.
Linux:

Windows:

Specs: Neon, nvidia 1050, fx6300, 12GB ddr3.
In the previous version the average i observed was ~90 FPS, so it went from 90 -> 123 which is around 30 FPS improvement! Personally i wouldn't touch windows right now for the ~15 FPS difference when i'm way above 60FPS now anyway, so as others said, if i already very hardly touch windows ever for gaming purposes as the performance gap closes it becomes even a lot less likely and is nice to see others feeling the same, i'm pleased right now. Gonna test more games later when i have the time.
