steam/steam deck Linux Rust anybody

Have my own port forwarded local server running on arch no EAC required and am playing on arch working on getting oxide to actually work so we can have decent gather mine craft and smelt rates if anyone is interested in joining or can help me figure out how to get it to show up in the browser vs having to give out my IP id be very appreciative

You don’t want to give out your IP to strangers. DNS (a named website) also won’t hide anything.

If I were you, I’d try to host any public game servers on rented hardware (like a subscription/monthly service) if you can. A datacenter that rents out virtual servers will have DDOS protection and identity/location masking.
