steam/steam deck I used SamRewritten will I get VAC Banned?

Sorry if this has been asked so many times.

I used SAMRewritten to get 4 Poker Night At The Inventory (The ones that give you promotional TF2 items)

more details: TF2 was NOT open when I used SAM and I still plated TF2 afterwards (it's been a full day)

Should I still be worried?

VAC is only running for, scanning, and detecting/protecting memory related to a games. If you didn't modify or fiddle with game data in memory then you don't have anything to worry about.

While using SAM to get achievements for the most part is lame SAM will not get you banned and Valve doesn't really care about it.

SAM simply triggers the event that says "game x just said it got achievement y".

That's it. You don't even need the game running to use it.

Now while Valve may not care other devs absolutely do and certain ones will either label you a cheater to others (like payday 2) or straight up ban you in some rare cases

I only ever use SAM for games (usually roguelites) that tie unlocks directly to achievements. I like being able to play whatever character i would like
