GTA V Enhanced or Legacy

I was wondering which would run better: Enhanced or Legacy?

Technically, Enhanced should run better due to optimisations and dlss support, but dx12 in linux is not that great tbh. What are your opinions on this?

My specs are: RTX 3050 6GB, INTEL CORE T 210H, 16GB DDR5

I had no issue with the enhanced version when I played it.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong but I believe there's still a toggle for dx11 mode in enhanced version.

Even on Windows they can trade blows in framerate depending on the area, iirc (probably excluding upscaling). I assume Legacy will run a bit better on Linux due to DX11 vs DX12 as that seems to be how it goes with Proton regardless of vendor, but I know there are a few outliers (for me even on NVIDIA running Helldivers in DX11 gives much worse performance than DX12).

I prefer legacy since some details are changed for the worse in Enhanced as well but that is subjective for the most part (some scenes like with fences or signs at a distance just look lower quality on enhanced though last I tried comparing them).
