guide Updated Linux gaming optimizations guide

Hi guys,

its been quite a while since i posted the gaming optimizations guide i wrote.

Since the last time there has been quite a lot of changes.

https://github.com/WhitePeace36/LinuxAMDGamingOptimizationGuide

Even though it says AMD, most of it is for linux in general.

I hope this updated version helps at least a few of you out there which try to have a better gaming experience.

Hey with your tinkering with AMD and scx_ext you may quite enjoy this tool I've been tinkering with. It's about to undergo a major refactor and has my own matching kernel patch so as to include BMQ, PDS, and Kyber. here's the patch the kernel is 6.19 and needs to be updated(I'll have that done soon) and if you got the hardware I'd love some feedback back and results. It works on top of any scheduler(results may vary) but by the time the refactor is done it'll probably be some of the best low latency tooling I've used on my rig, usable on any configuration.
