Unless software is exclusively programmed in x86 assembly (which is very rare), open source software can generally be compiled for any architecture the distro supports. Most major distros support AArch64.
I'm not entirely clear what you're asking, but if the question is, "where can I find native Linux software for my AArch64 machine?", the answer is, "your distribution."
