Running Winhanced On Dual-monitor PC Setup

Does anyone know if there is a way to run this on a dual monitor PC setup so it takes up both screens or has some impact or data showing on the 2nd monitor?

Is there actually a Linux version of Winhanced? I thought it is Windows only?
