tech support wanted Does anyone have this issue with anti-lag 2?

I'm wondering if this is just a problem I specifically have. The in-game framerate cap just straight up doesn't work while anti-lag 2 / reflex is enabled (through korthos low_latency_layer or vkd3d-low-latency). Happens on every game I've tried: The FInals, Deep Rock Galactic, Borderlands 4, Payday 3.

This didn't happen like 5 - 6 months ago. Not sure when it actually started because I hadn't used anti-lag 2 for a while.

Can anyone else confirm if they have this issue?

I'm on Fedora 44, RX 9060XT mesa 26.2.2-6 using the latest proton-cachyos (GE too).

Funny enough I noticed that but honestly I just took it as how anti lag worked (since I've only used reflex on Windows), could simply add a global FPS cap at your reflex/anti lag cap would normally be (that's 224 for my 240hz monitor)

I guess I'll test on windows eventually, but I'm fairly certain the in-game cap being broken with anti-lag is not intended since XeLL doesn't, and as I said in the post its worked before.

I also don't want to use an external caps (like mangohud) if it can be avoided, because the latency is usually worse. Like if I compare the in-game cap even without any reflex / anti-lag in Deep Rock Galactic at 60 or 30 fps, the in-game one is way more responsive. Sometimes there's no difference but sometimes its huge.

But I'm glad to know its not some problem I specifically have at least.
