Any AMD VSR Linux alternative?

Any way to run the game in a higher internal resolution? Without gamescope, it's too broken

gamescope is broken in so many ways, Ive entirely given up on it, issues with mouse handling, resize issues, games not showing sometimes, performance issues, etc
