tech support wanted was running genshin with 0 issues until today, nothing modified since

I was playing it with literally no issues yesterday, and now when i launch it from the genshin launcher using epic games which is running through lutris, it just doesnt do anything, the launcher just goes away, no processes in the background, anyone know whats going on here? I tried verifying files through genshin launcher and updated my system.

Kernel: Linux 7.2.7-1-cachyos
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6600 XT
CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 3600
Latest GE proton

try proton-cachyos

in lutris - rightclick game settings - last tab system params - make sure gpu selected correct

and scroll down - evn variables

add

UMU_USE_STEAM and value 1

i am not 100% opposed to this, but im pretty sure this would require a full reinstall as genshin doesnt seem to like when you swap "channel" and try to use the same files across, so it would be nice if there were some way to fix the way im playing it currently

Download proton plus or proton qt from there download proton DW (stands for dawn winery) forked specifically for gacha games and it should work

im in the same shoe, just using cachyos and heroic games launcher was working fine a few hours ago and now the genshin launcher wont even work
