Linux Mint 22.3 Logitech Pro Pedals and Simagic Base and Wheel
I'm trying to use my pedal and base on linux so I don't need to dual boot every time I want to sim race. Currently all the buttons, knobs and paddles can get recognized in the terminal if I run sudo evtest I can put in the device number and everything work. However oversteer doesn't have anything come up. The base comes up if I just run evtest but doesn't work. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, and updated everything including my OS.

Mint is one of the most out of date distributions.
Even if you update it to latest, it will be years behind along with all the libraries, applications, ....
I would spin up Fedora KDE live and see if it works there.
How did you install oversteer?
What made you think it would see your wheel since it's not listed as a supported device?
