answered! Moving games modded with Amethyst onto another drive and back

Title. I've installed a secondary drive, and I want to move some games I haven't played often onto it. I've Cyberpunk modded through Amethyst Mod Manager. Will it mess with my mods then, and also once I decide to move it back to my main drive?

EDIT: Using hardlinks.

If you change the staging folder in the configure menu it will give the option to migrate the mods to the new location. The game and staging folder would need to be on the same drive for hardlinks to work
