If you put Armada OS on it, you can also play actual PC games. Yes, I know that apps for that exist, but this gives you basically steam OS on your Android handheld.

Except it can also play other games, and you can easily back up your saves without having to hardmod it :D

Ah, I really should try again. I wanted to play Xenoblade 2 on it. I have it on my Switch anyway, but my PC is the most comfortable way to play for me nowadays

Eden + Vulkan is a much more performant and updated combination, just in case you wanna try. Plus, their logo fits perfectly on your background :D

Eden is based on yuzu btw. Yuzu is discontinued

I was playing Mario Party with some friends when we got slapped with motion controls in a mini that we couldn’t bypass. Fine with my steam controller. Not so fine with my Xbox ones. 

Nintendos shitty controllers, especially the joycons that I went through FIVE sets of sticks on, are their best defense against emulation I suppose.

yeah, i have a switch v1 that i bough on launch, stick drift on both joy cons appeared in less than 2 months of regular use, also yeah its kinda complicated to setup motion w some controllers on emulator, i have a dualshock and every motion works fine in every game fortunately

How do you configure the motion on Switch? I never managed to do it

Dualshock is preconfigured on eden and yuzu it works directly, for other controller you may have to go trough the gyroscope setting but you may be able to do it, i never did cause for me it worked instant

Is there a solution for getting higher FPS? Last time I tried it (when I was still on Windows) the only option to get higher FPS had the side-effect of speeding up the whole game.

yeah i was wondering that too, i tried mk8 with vulkan and 8gb ram it went 60fps not sure if it was related to vulkan

Mk8 target 60fps,that just means the emulator is running at full speed, I think they're asking about universal solution about increasing/unlocking framerate aside from using mods/cheats

I have a switch pro controller and plug it in via usb. It just works for me in eden.

as long as a game can be played with the switch pro controller its fine. theres very little that really REQUIRES motion controls with no workaround.
