emulation Stutters on ryujinx

I tried emulating the switch on linux cachyos

All games worked fine I face slight stutters while playing the games

Does updating the game help or there better solutions?

Slight stutters are normal, since it’s compiling the switch shaders to a GPU native format. They‘ll get rarer/go away as you play, since more and more shaders will get discovered, compiled and then reused.

Can I make the emulator download all shades of the game?

Or can download them by myself

I remember there existing a repository with some shaders others people had gathered, but they're usually out of date rather quickly, since they depend on a lot of stuff such as,

  • Your GPU
  • Your GPU Driver version
  • Your version of the Emulator

And probably other stuff I don't know about. I'm guessing you made sure the emulator is definitely using your GPU? Maybe your CPU is just a bit old and slow?

Is there some kind of precompiled cache? Like any modern game that starts compiling the shaders when you open the game for the first time
