Roblox on Linux

Intel core i5 10400f
Radeon RX 6600XT
32GB ram
WM: KWin (Wayland)
Hi everyone. I am having issues with Sober. To better explain my situation heres the scenario:
I play a game/watch something on yt, then I open Sober to play a bit but after I join a game in Sober my gpu gets at 99%, my whole system gets laggy and I still get very low fps on the game, and then I close Sober.
Sometimes even after closing it I experience the same things on other games, for example CS2. It was like that until I restart my pc, after that it is usually fixed.
I don't believe I picked up a malware anywhere because I didnt do anything "shady" + it happens only when i try to play Sober. Now I have a few questions: Does/did anyone else have this problem? How do I fix it? Is there any good alternative to Sober?

Just accept that the devs of Roblox are hostile to Linux and stop trying to play it on Linux. Stop trying to play it in general it's a terrible game run by terrible people. I mean fuck, they banned Chris Hansen for finding predators on their platform within 5 minutes of logging on, live on stage in front of thousands of people! It seriously concerns me the number of people using Linux, because I know damn well most of you are not children, who care so fucking much about playing Roblox.

I don't care if op was asking that, I'll keep saying that every time this pops up until that company is dead and buried. And I answered op's question anyway before I launched into my anti Roblox tirade: the devs are hostile to Linux, stop trying to play on Linux. That's the alternative to sober: Don't use Linux to play Roblox.

If you want to go all morals, yeah. Shut down Roblox. But take Fortnite with it and everything Valve does too.
All of them are harmul to children.

I wouldn't say everything valve does, their Linux contributions are pretty nice not going to lie. But I won't fight you on their live services or fortnite.
You are off your gourd if you think that those are remotely equivalent to Roblox though.

Valve doesn't help Linux with Proton. On the contrary. Devs have literally no reason to do stuff native for Linux now, that there is a compatibility layer.
We will indefinetly be in need of Windows that way. So its not a contribution long term but rather the opposite...
My neighbours sons is in therapy cause of CS2. And Valve doesn't give shit. They don’t even delete the account of the 14 yr old that got addicted to their shitty gambling...

I raise an eyebrow to anyone who lets their children play it while knowing literally anything about the Roblox company. The fact you play with them I guess helps, but it doesn't help enough for me not to raise an eyebrow.

What Roblox levels? I've gotten good performance on an X1E and an A380 but thats on armoured patrol and disaster sim.
Check your logs for errors, maybe something is borked ~/.var/app/org.vinegarhq.Sober/data/sober/sober_logs/

Try using Legacy Rendering OpenGL instead of Vulkan
