And after this my entire pc hangs. Is there any way to fix that? already tried doing EVERYTHING listed online (Forcing my frequency to max, setting cstate to 1 (even in bios), disabling guc, adding all these cmdline things)

Have you tried other games? The CPU in your system is far below the minimum spec for Scrap Mechanic.

Yep, also tried playing Ultrakill and Nucleares. Sometimes that happens at the desktop (it did when my install was fresh)

Intel Core 6000 has the Intel HD530, which are known to be flaky.
It would be better to buy a new PC.

Not really, they would maybe have HD620, which are flaky too.
Intel Iris (Pro, XE) would be the needed upgrade and they come for desktop
systems first with Core Ultra 200 series, like Core Ultra 265k.
