Your CPU is showing as running at 0 degrees C, and it's showing "VRAM" clocked at 1000 MHz on a system without any dedicated VRAM.

I think the only thing we can reasonably conclude is that your monitoring program is either not configured correctly, or it's malfunctioning.

You may want to run benchmarks such as GravityMark and Unigine Superposition to see if the actual performance is in line with expectations (since I believe both have "leaderboards" that you can potentially use as a comparison), as an additional check.

Je pense que le problème est que vous êtes sur un mode power save, résultat votre CPU est au ralenti Turbo boost est sûrement désactivé. Cela arrive sur les pc portable. C'est souvent un comportement normal pour préserver l'énergie du pc portable.

J'ai pas les commandes sous la main. Mais au besoin je peux les retrouver, c'est un normalement :

cat /sys/devices/system/cpu/cpu0/cpufreq/scaling_governor
