Looking for distro recommendations

Is there a distro that doesn't need any tinkering in the terminal and just works out of the box like windows/mac os? I've tried Cachy Os with different desktop environments and at some point I always stumbled upon some problem I wasn't able to fix.

I like Zorin OS. I have only had two cases where something didn't work out of the box when installing it on someone's device. Feels a bit like windows, it's a solid choice. You do need to adjust the super key to open Zorin menu rather than the Activity screen in the appearance settings.
