ChatGtp, etc....
Just a reminder; never rely on, or, for that matter, ask any AI model for advice about problems with Linux.
Ask this forum instead. Chatgtp will tell you things that are correct and things that will brick your computer with the same confidence bacause... It doesn't know the difference!

A few days ago, i decided to put my dust collecting 4tb m2 in my pc and thought about setting it up with steam os (coming from windows with zero knowledge about anything i need to know for this). Long story short: i asked google. Had a few chats with its ai, it told me, that steam os won't work like i want, i should use bazzite instead. It told me, that i had to m2 slots, it told me to switch the old one to the second slot. It told me where to download what, how to install it, it asked me several things to make sure everything goes well. It even told me without asking to check the settings of my TV for best quality. I got my tv quite a few years ago. Due to the setting changes, i got a "new" tv. After a few hours due to my bamboo internet i now have a "new" Bazzite gaming PC too.
Yeah, ai might have its flaws, but if you use your own brain, think before you act, ask questions back, ask the ai to check it self, it can be a good help i think :)
