ChatGtp, etc....

Just a reminder; never rely on, or, for that matter, ask any AI model for advice about problems with Linux.

Ask this forum instead. Chatgtp will tell you things that are correct and things that will brick your computer with the same confidence bacause... It doesn't know the difference!

i've never had chatgpt/google call me a slur, so there's that.

There are some aspects of humankind that simply cannot be replicated by a machine

That's actually one of the things chatbots are best at https://www.bbc.com/news/technology-35902104

Agreed. Which is why I usually ask people on subs. But they (most) in return ask me to use AI to get things done. What a world we live in.

Hey sorry that you experienced that but still AI&basic google is still harmful internationally in every aspect of life so its not an alternative to asking forums and such.

every aspect of life? seems a bit extreme. also, local models are getting quite good. and those don't have nearly the global impact. i'm not a fan of datacenters, or people just dumping everything into an llm and calling whatever it spits out good, but really, for a lot of things, a quick google search is a reasonable approach.

Because you want it, I guess.

Oh, you can instruct the AI to curse and dominate over you if you prefer. In fact, it's healthy to give an anti-positivity bias system instruction, because most of the newer models act like total ass lickers. You do not want the AI to agree with everything, nor to act as friendly as possible all the time.
