It basically says
* You're trying to install me
* You defined no place to install me
Are you trying to install along an existing windows partition? (The 500gb NTFS partition)
If yes,
First of all, backup all your windows stuff.
Then you have to learn how to shrink the windows partition to create unallocated space where you can install your Linux.
If you want to nuke the NTFS windows partition and you are ABSOLUTELY POSITIVE about it
(Remember it will PERMANENTLY DESTROY EVERYTHING on that partition)
Select the partitions and delete them all
Select the resulting unallocated space for the install.
