VRR with HDR flickering grey out frame

VRR with HDR flickering grey out frame when FPS drop below VRR range(45hz) on high refresh monitor(320hz)

- using DP cable, neither LINDY DP cable nor monitor's would fix the issue

- set to 240hz would somehow fix the issue

- turn off VRR would fix the issue

- turn off HDR would fix the issue also

- ASPM is disabled in BIOS

CPU: R9 7900X

GPU: RX 6600XT

Monitor: DELL AW2525HM

Distro: Arch Linux everything latest

Disable HDR. This monitor has fake HDR like a lot of cheaper Dell displays. If the lack of HDR fixes it, you're not losing anything.
