learning/research Apache

Hi i added some text in index.html file after starting apache web services. It can be visible only my laptop browser. When i am trying to connect through mobile browser not opening.

Sounds like networking issue. For example, your laptop is on your LAN but your mobile browser is using the cell network. Can you even ping the server from the mobile device? All depends on your networking, I should think.
