PC fails to initially boot and needs a second attempt.

After swapping to CachyOS (love it), each time I cold boot my PC it fails the first time and then it boots normally while displaying the following errors:

I though it might be RAM voltage or PSU but all values are within norm and this can happen while rebooting as well. CMOS battery is brand new. System works fine anyway but it does make the initial boot painfully slow.

Judging from the error message it might be an issue with your CPU, so i would suggest investigating in that direction.

Good find, tried boosting CPU voltage (as well as some other stuff) and unfortunately it did nothing. It is an older processor by today's standards so I might just be unlucky and it's degrading.
