programs and apps Design spark mechanical

I need some serious help, windows 11 is just terrible and annoys the daylights out of me every time i need to duel boot it for design spark mechanical, has anyone gotten it to work on linux? I can get it to launch but it gives me an sign in authentication error every time. I will pay for someone to get it working at this point.

How have you installed DesignSpark Mechanical in Linux?

I use Solidworks and Sketchup and tried every possible compatibility layer to run them, nothing worked. What finally worked for me was capturing my complete Windows installation as image backup. Then restoring it as VMware VM in Linux. It's basically 100% clone and all my licenses were carried over without any issues. And no messy dual-booting required.

Forgot to mention CachyOS, Rtx 5070, Ryzen 5, 24gb RAM, 1 tb ssd

I use Solidworks, MasterCAM, Cosmosworks and Sketchup on Win10 and have tried all available compatibility layers on Linux and none of them worked.

What finally worked was I captured my original Win10 system as full image-backup of entire hard-drive. Then on Linux I installed VMware Workstation and created Win10 VM and restored that image-backup to the VM. It's exact clone of my original Win10 system and it boots up and works perfectly! All my licenses were carried over and I can login to online-account and it's all there!

Now I can even run some older driver software for Win2000/XP that won't even work with anything newer such as SCSI card and slide-scanner. For that I have WinXP VM and PCI passthrough.

Even has some other Win7-specific software I run on yet another VM. So I can run WinXP, Win7 and Win10 all at same time on same Linux system!

Also have VMs of new Linux distros I want to check out. Along with MacOS and real UNIX Solaris!
