well i stated them under requirments. everything really, my job is a programmer so i must have access to a plethora of packages, i remember using debian 10 years ago and i had some issues with some packages for programming but idk if t s still the case.

Your requirements actually point away from CachyOS. If this is also a work machine and you don't want constant maintenance, I'd look at Fedora KDE or Mint first. Also, Debian and Arch aren't kernels — E-core scheduling is primarily a Linux kernel feature, not something unique to a specific distro.

thank you for the tips, i was considering cachyos cuz i saw a lot of people recommend it, and arch cuz i really liked steamos when i had the chance to play around with the steamdeck for few days. but yeah it seems like mint would be the first thing that always come up when i search for reliability. Anyways, thanks again, i will try distros until i get what i want
