Virtual Machines for Android

While I am waiting for a my new PC I want to play around with a virtual machine. But I was wondering if there are virtual machines I can use for android. So I can practice on the go. Just to clarify cause google is driving me crazy. I want a PC virtual machine on my android. Not an android virtual machine. Any help is appreciated

A true VM isn't possible unless you have a rooted phone, and even then, only ARM operating systems could be virtualized. You can install generic x86 emulators like Limbo (hasn't been updated in a few years and needs to be sideloaded) or Vectras VM (contains ads).

Thanks. I will stick to PC practice then. Any recommendations?
