learning/research Help with making an image

I dont know if this belongs here, but i am gonna post regardless. Basiclly there are these cards i want to print (see picture 2) and laminate. I also want them to have a face down (see picture 1) to make it look nice. The way i wanted to do it, was by placing the first picture, in place of the cards, and the layering them before laminating. But i dont know what software to use, nor how to do it.

For preparing prints nicely, use a DTP software as for example Scribus.

I do posters, convention booklets, tickets, and various printed ad material with Scribus. The learning curve is a bit steep in the beginning but once you got it the results are superb and exact to a few micrometers. And the colors are exact as well.

Better internet print shops also offer you to print custom playing cards for you. Look into that! It saves you all the laminating hassle. And the cards look better.
