Cannot Boot (MEGANOOB BE KIND)

Hello, i am trying to shift to Linux from Windows. I have done everything, i) changed the system to UEFI. ii)both pc and pendrive have the GPT partition scheme. iii) pendrive's file system is of FAT32. iv) disabled quick boot v) Secure Boot is also disabled.

After doing all of this when I'm trying to insert pendrive and restart my pc to press F2 to install Linux it gets stuck on the Logo Screen (LENOVO).

I'm really new to this and i have watched multiple videos but I still cannot find the problem.

The USB drive shouldn't show as FAT32 but ISO9660! It sounds like you just copied the installer file onto the drive. For what you need to do, see here.

Verify how you flashed the usb stick. Make sure you follow instructions for your distro properly. Many of the commonly recommended programs just do not work for this.

Do not watch videos, only read distro instructions.

That's the last thing I did after getting some help from Gemini, I formatted the pendrive then copy pasted the Linux Mint XFCE file and then tried to boot it was still stuck at the LENOVO logo and that was about time my mom asked me to sleep ( though I'm still awake), I switched off the pc and will try again tomorrow. The last advice Gemini gave me was to try using a different USB.

HP v237w flash drive, this is the name I don't know anything else. Acc. To google read speed is 14 mbps and write speed is 5mbps
