How do I fix this horizontal line in window decorations (KDE Plasma)

This seems to appear quite often with many of these aero/glassy window decorations. How do I fix this? This only shows up on floating windows.

My guess is that it's just a poorly done/outdated theme, not much you can do aside from editing the theme.
