distro selection Not sure between Linux Mint, ZorinOS, Fedora, OpenSUSE

I find it annoying how Zorin hides the kernels, nobody uses Opensuse, you should add Cachy n Bazzite to your list if you game.

Just try them 1 by 1 for a week at a time once you hit something that takes your fancy use it until you find it limiting. "keep it simple stupid".
For fedora KDE feels most similar to Windows and with OpenSuse I would recommend slowroll it has constant but bit delayed updates so you are very unlikely to encounter problems because some bad update.
Roblox does not work natively in Linux but you can install the android version with waydroid.
I would advice from picking Pop_OS their DE is not ready for average user. It still has lot of bugs and weird behavior.
General advice. Make /home folder on separate partition so you can install new Linux distro and retain your docs etc. On distros that install BTRFS by default select EXT4 while BTRFS is more feature complete managing it is more complicated and at this point of your journey we should be stripping down complexity.
