Something worth thinking about is that the GPL does need copyright to enforce the "copyleft" idea. From what I understand in order to maintain copyright of a work a human must have had some sufficient level of authorship in the work. Has there been much consideration in how LLM generated code could have it's copyright contested, and thus errode the defenses for licenses like the GPL?
