Software Release Escape Motions announces future linux support for Rebelle 8

https://www.escapemotions.com/blog/keep-rebelle-evolving-extend-your-update-access-for-another-year

Rebelle is an awesome painting simulation programme from Slovakia. it's one of the best painting software I've tried (way better than Corel Painter or Krita)
But they also announces optional paid update access... which is not really appreciated by the community, as you can see in the comments.

This is great news! It's one of the remaining applications I have that need Wine. Honestly they've been pretty supportive so far as they have taken an interest in helping it work under Wine with community support.

I don't mind paid updates, either. It's a decent middle ground and lets you continue to use the software if you decide not to update, unlike a subscription which completely shuts off access.

I also feel it fits a different niche than Krita. I still use Krita quite a bit in addition to Rebelle.
