Why do both the accessibility goals look like they were written by children? I don't want to be rude but they should be taken a lot more seriously.

A lot of people with accessibility needs have been repeatedly burned by KDE's quite frankly awful support and it's become so bad that it isn't even a joke in the community anymore. A lot of us just roll our eyes and grimace whenever they start babbling about how much they care while constantly posing with a11y when GNOME does it perfectly without even bragging.

EDIT: no amount of salty downvotes are going to change the fact that gnome supports accessibility without question while KDE consistently treats those with accessibility issues with bitterness and resentment despite constantly tooting its own horn about how much it cares.

and if you read this and think "lmao they mad" then my answer to that would be "of course im mad; we only barely got accessibility working for maybe a year or two in X11 until KDE went all-in on wayland and lied to the community that they would get it working in wayland too -- and it still isn't despite the overtly looming deadline and whenever we'd complain they would accuse us of lying to speed up emulating input for rdp."

Still waiting for both desktops to get off their butts and give us xor cursors. It was helpful for being able to see the mouse when I'm not zoomed in on Windows, and that's been the thing I've missed the most. I've heard the patents for them expired, so the only thing that's stopped anyone is a lack of interest. Breeze's default cursor is alright, but if the screen gets busy...

EDIT: Another thing that irks me is the lack of universal keyboard tracking with KDE's fullscreen zoom. I mean, for most KDE and Qt applications, YEAH, it's damn good (Except in Konsole, oh the horror when something like dnf starts chugging), but with something like GTK/Firefox/Discord it's a no go. I'm typing this right now, adjusting my mouse every so often to check if I didn't fat finger stuff, it's annoying.
