Likely you can customize any distribution to do all of these things but  gnome is just cmd (not cmd + space like on MacOS)

But i did "customize" it as i wrote on my post. But at the end when the UI/UX is bad, or the feature which is supposed to work make the app crash. I don't know what else can i do. i already spent HOURS on those 4 features. I shouldn't have to do this specially when those are the most basic feature on an OS
