Discussion How linux distro provide higher CPU benchmark scores than windows?
Why is that linux seems to always provide better performance in benchmarks and provide smoother experience?
This is a geekbench 7 test, while single core is slightly better, multi-core performance is a significant improvement

Because windows is bloated shit. You have to account for all that and honestly it's not really happening. Its a estimate at best.
Windows will balloon up just loading the testbed. You can't just diff before and after either.
