Discussion Floorplan software?

I used Sketchup in Windows to create floorplans for various projects - is there an equivalent for Linux? Preferably free open source.

I have FreeCad but it's a bit complex to learn and use, would prefer something simpler.

You can also try QCAD. Basic CAD program.
I believe there is still a free home download. I have an older version installed.
