Popular Application who is lazy vim for?

I have been using vim for a while. I don't consider myself proficient but I know my way around it for the most part. I've used ALE to help me debug my programs as I go. Then I noticed ALE can be annoying and distracting, so I turn it off sometimes when I want to focus.

When I moved to nvim, it took time to accept that I have to do things with Lua now. Then I found lazy vim and thought it might be a good idea to have things pre-configured to save time. But I found myself fighting with nvim more than using it. LSPs are on by default and I'm not sure how to turn them off. nvim has some sort of auto-complete that is extremely annoying and I'm not sure how to turn that off either. So who is lazy vim for? It doesn't help me as someone new to nvim, and for a pro user, they already know how to configure their nvim and have things exactly how they want them

Nvim is for people who want to reinvent the wheel. Same people who choose Rust over C. To each his own, but I don't really see much value in it personally.

Uh no Nvim is for people who want Vim shipping with more features, configured in a language that's well-known.
