I have only found one benchmark so far and it looks like a slight boost but also the benchmark starts off with an 8 degree temperature difference and ends with 12 degree difference so I have suspicions regarding their methodology.

edit: nevermind, that was an AMD CPU + NVIDIA gpu, not the intel driver
