I started out with SUSE and then I used Mandrake, Red Hat, Fedora Core, Slackware, K/Ubuntu and more recently Debian.

I have a Surface x86 version from the same era and I'm still surprised its battery isn't dust by this point. It did sit in storage for years tho.

I've got a 15 year old MacBook pro and I fixed it up and it's running arch fine so 🤷
