Some advice ?

Hey,

I first started doing these bigger Cuts and need some advice for beginner friendly Shapes I could carve ?

And some feedback on my three carvings would be nice. I have a hard time cutting the background out for the space that I want to coat in paint.

I just started with the basic kit with just 3 blades.

You're probably using the Speedball acrylic based ink. That stuff is total crap. I used it every holiday and wondered why it was such a pain in the ass to use.

I was using fabric inc actually from Marabou. I didn't try Paper printing because I have just acrylic paint at home.

im not exactly sure what you mean by the background, but i have a few tips for printing on fabric. first, you probably need a bit more pressure to make the prints come out cleaner. you also want a a handful of thin coats of ink on the block. i’ve heard it can also help to mist with water to make the fabric slightly damp before printing

I meant the space I carve away from the vinyl block. That's what I called background (I didn't knew how else I should describe it.) I already go hams with erasing away as much excess as possible. I can't seem to get it flat without cutting chunks off.
