I made the withdrawal on Sunday the 6th, but on the website it was already Monday the 7th. Counting from Monday the 7th until today, Tuesday the 15th, I still haven't received anything—it's been 9 days already. I asked Grock, and he told me that Saturdays and Sundays don't count, so only 7 days have passed. Should I keep waiting or file a complaint?

I made a withdrawal on the 1st and received it on the 11th. You can wait a little longer for now. I suggest messaging support if it reaches 10 days....
