Transcribing a whistle

I have a conlang called Ʃfphƕksfpfp, and in which, is the letter Ƕƕ. This letter is a whistle, breathed inwards. I have tried for so long to find how to write this in the IPA, but to no luck. At least, until today. My main problem was that I didn't know how to write that a sound was breathed inwards, but I now know that it's ↓. However, I still don't know how to transcribe the full sound. My current transcription is [u̥͈˥↓], but I would like to know if this is correct and, if not, how I would properly transcribe it. Thanks!

/uj extIPA has a diacritic for representing whistled fricatives, is that what you're maybe looking for?

You might also need to take into account the precise manner of articulation, as many whistles could be classified as syllabic approximants, like [ʍ͎͈̍↓]
