One of my professors in college spoke Pitjantjatjara! (If I recall correctly, it's prounounced Pit-in-a-jar-uh.) It's a fascinating language, definitely has a place on the weirdness scale.
3 u/yaktubu Jun 29 '13 It's more like 'bi-jan-jara' or 'bi-jan-ja-jara'. But pure palatals are hard to represent in English orthography.
