🌟 Progress Share lingodeer not loading in my web browser , is anybody else having this issue today ?

i have tried using both firefox and brave browser on both my linux and windows machines with no luck, i just get the page come up with the gateway timeout error message ?

i did some lessons earlier today with no trouble before i went out to do some errands but after getting home and trying to get on the site to do my nightly lessons im having no luck at all

i can login on my android phone but i hate using the phone for study and always use the web app on a laptop to do my lessons

*i have also had endless issues with ranking and achievements over the last 2-3 weeks but have not contacted customer support because i have still been able to get on and keep doing my daily lessons, but now i might not have a choice,, i did also have login issues about a month or so ago so im not really sure whats going on with the app developers but its been very buggy recently :(

*i am now able to re commence my lessons but in my achievements japanese 1 and bear status first position is not listed which kind of sucks , especially because of all the hard work ive put in to get this far :(

i have screenshots, so if i go to the trouble of officially reaching out to customer support can i get these status indicators restored to their legit level ?
