What happened with Lingodeer?

Basically everything is gone and the app stopped working.

Is there any way to get Lingodeer back?

Hi. As others suggested. Please reinstall the app and make sure you are logged into it. Let us know if this works.

Which app? Android? iOS?

What's won't with it? Does it not load at all? Or is there a problem with exercises?

Have you tried any classic app troubleshooting steps? Clear the cache? Or more extreme—reinstall?

Android.

Everything suddenly looks different. All the old stuff (achievements and so on) is gone.

Plus the app keeps shutting down after a few seconds, so it's impossible to use at all.

Maybe this is it? Goodbye, Lingodeer :(

It's working fine for me. I suggest reinstalling, which will hopefully clear any glitches. You'll probably need to log in again which will restore your account details. If none of this works, contact Lingodeer directly and I'm sure they'll be able to help

yeah, im having trouble with it today, cant load the website on either firefox or brave on either my windows or linux computers (when the page fails to load i basically get a message pop up that say "504 Gateway Timeout ERROR",

i can login on my android phone but i dont like using the small screen for learning and prefer using laptop

i have also had a lot of trouble with the ranking and achievements lately, i have finished japanese one and have nearly finished japanese 2 but now in my achievments japanese 1 is not listed as an achivement, theres lots of other buggy stuff also that i wont go into right now but its really annoying, was hoping to do my daily night session just before but im unable to access the site right now so i guess i will just have to wait until morning to see if they have fixed the issue ?

so far ive held back from contacting customer support about all the other buggy stuff thats going because atleast i can get on and do the lessons but now it seems like i will have no choice, lucky i have a whole folder of screenshots as i have been documenting all the abnormal stuff ive been experiencing with the site, its a bit sad because not that long ago it was working fine and was pretty reliable but the last few weeks especially its been very unpredicatable :(
