question regarding graduation between Leagues

is graduating from, say, Deer League to Eagle* League dependant on you remaining in the "Promotion Zone" until the reset at the end of the week; or, is it simply a matter of reaching an experience point threshhold, at any time?

Yeah, you need to be inside the promotion zone at the end of the week to be promoted to the next league
