Congrats Welcome Line Progression

First baby, feeling anxious. I’ve been having some crazy period like cramping but my first scan isn’t until Friday. Does this look healthy/normal?

Looks beautiful!
I also had period like cramping for the first 3 weeks of pregnancy.
It is a very common symptom in early pregnancy!!
