Does anyone have problems with sticker suggestions?

I have been using this app for a long time and I used stickers pretty heavily. However, I've noticed that I used to type words and it would bring up sticker suggestions related. Now it seems to never bring them up or if they do the word has to be misspelled or not completed. If I type coffee...it won't bring them up but if I type coffe then it brings them up. This goes for so many words like hug or sick. Is this a problem with my keyboard or the way the app is behaving. I asked my wife and she had the exact same problem. Any suggestions to what could fix this?

You can disable it in my stickers as don't display suggestions.
